We are looking for an organised and proactive Training Manager to support the delivery of engaging training programmes across the business. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, coordinating training, managing learning systems, and supporting development.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes
- Schedule and manage training sessions, materials, and logistics
- Conduct training needs analysis and support learning solutions
- Manage external training providers and support budget tracking
- Maintain the training calendar, enrolments, and communications
- Support leadership development and apprenticeship programmes
- Administer the LMS and ensure accurate training records
- Track training effectiveness and report on key metrics
About You
- Experience in L&D, HR, or training coordination
- CIPD or training related certification
- Apprenticeship programme knowledge
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Experience in building leadership pathways or competency frameworks
- Experience with LMS and data/reporting
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
