We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR team. This role will provide day-to-day HR support across the business, acting as a key point of contact for HR queries and supporting managers with employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration as well as being involved in HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to HR queries and manage the HR inbox
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts & offer letters
- Support managers with employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, capability)
- Maintain employee records and update the HR Information System
- Assist with recruitment, induction and onboarding of new starters
- Coordinate references, induction documentation and employee records
- Liaise with Payroll regarding employee changes and leavers
- Help administer employee benefits and HR policies
- Assist with HR projects and general HR administration
About You:
- Previous experience in an HR role
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Confident supporting managers and employees with HR matters
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (essential)
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (desired)
