We are looking for an Apprentice to join the team as a Hospitality Systems Administrator (Business studies level 3)

The apprenticeship will be 15-18 months long and will require you to complete certain gateways and an end point assessment (EPA). You will be supported by our local provider and have a mentor along the way. You will also be required to complete coursework on time and attend training days and a day at college per week. The course you will be taking is the business administration level 3. As this is an apprenticeship, you will receive £250 Amazon vouchers or 10 driving lessons on completion of your apprenticeship. The apprentice will be responsible for maintaining and developing our hospitability IT business systems across the Group and work with our hospitality team at our head office in Christchurch. 

 

Summary of Main Tasks/Duties:

(full training will be be given) 

  • EPOS management including recipe creation, product management, price updating & operation flow.
  • Data management of Zonal
  • Acquire procurement catalogues, uploads and reporting.
  • Maintenance and flow of Mobile App ordering systems, including description uploads, content management & operational zones and times.
  • Administration of online activity management system.
  • Continuous management of nutritional & allergen information through communication with suppliers.
  • Creation of standard operating procedures relating to hospitality IT systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging and identifying opportunities to optimise the use of existing systems and promoting efficiencies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Effective and accurate office and administrative skills
  • Business level 2 (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, especially Excel
  • Exposure to analytics, reporting and data management (desirable) 
  • Must have grade C/4 or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English  

The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, your usual working days will be Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm with an hours lunch break.
