The role of the PA is primarily focused on exemplary administrative support and serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the CEO. They will also provide personal assistance to the Chairman and secretarial support to the Board of Directors and Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
- To act as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Meet and greet guests and ensure they are looked after
- Book and arrange travel and accommodation where required
- Organise and maintain documents and files
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents as required
- Compile data reports for meetings
- Follow up on action points from meetings
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Manage various projects and deadlines directly related to business priorities
- Coordinate with employees to ensure smooth operation of the organisation.
Key skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
- Comprehensive understanding of all Microsoft Office management systems and applications
- Highly organised, detail orientated, able to multi-task and easily able to use own initiative
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion, trustworthy and confidentiality due to the nature of the role
- People focussed with an approachable nature

This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours a week. This role is based at our Group Support office in Christchurch (in office for a minimum of 4 days per week), but travel will be required as part of the role.
