We are looking for an experienced marketing all-rounder to manage a range of marketing services across the business. You will ensure the marketing function provides proactive and high-quality support to our operations teams. In addition you will lead on a range of new initiatives and projects within the team, providing a range of marketing support services and building relationships with our parks and Group support functions. In return we will offer you the chance to spend time in some of the most beautiful locations in the South-West developing an exciting brand with a legacy going back to 1912. Summary of Main Tasks/Duties:

  • To proactively support our operations teams with marketing and comms activity
  • To ensure that all inbound requests into the marketing team are handled efficiently and help to build the Hoburne brand
  • To lead on a range of projects within the marketing team to help accelerate progress towards our commercial goals 
  • To manage the Video & Artwork Designer and design schedule
  • To maintain all creative assets on a Digital Asset Management system  

Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Good all-round marketing knowledge and skillset
  • Project management and organisational skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
  • Managing marketing projects from concept to execution
  • Leading internal brand and culture campaigns

This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours a week. This role is based at our Group Support office in Christchurch, but travel will be required as part of the role. 

 

The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant may be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. This would cover our events we do across the year like the New Forest Show.
