Our Beauty h day spa and treatment rooms at Hoburne Bashley in the New Forest, gives holiday park guests the chance to enjoy a relaxing and personalised experience, with a full range of face and body treatments available such as professional manicures, pedicures and massages in a new and tranquil setting.
The successful Spa Manager role will include:
- Plan and direct Spa team and schedules to maximise usage and efficiency of the facility
- Work with vendors to order needed supplies for the spa, and keep track of all incoming and outgoing inventory in order to keep things running smoothly
- Ensure Spa equipment is maintained to good working order and coordinate maintenance/repairs where required
- Build and maintain client database, be proactive in promoting Spa services
- Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous high levels of service achieved
- Instil brand values and standards in Spa team to maintain a high-quality operation daily
- Develop a Brand Awareness of the Spa operation working in conjunction with the Marketing team
- Manage team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service and ongoing development
- Train and develop employees in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities, including conducting performance reviews for employees and ongoing monitoring of employees work performance
- Participate in personal continuing development to maintain current knowledge of industry and products
- Strong administrative skills to use online systems to complete staff rotas. Used for recording and managing team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment. Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous
This is a full-time, fixed term position working 40 hours per week and candidates must be able to work variable hours including weekends and Bank Holidays.
