The Activities Manager will be responsible for:

 

*       Managing, creating and providing an outstanding indoor and outdoor activity timetable for our owners, holiday makers and local members

*       Managing activity bookings and organising all birthday party enquiries

*       Promoting the activities on offer

*       Creating lesson plans & completing risk assessments for all activities

 

The successful candidate will:

 

  • Have a proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
  • Have the ability to supervise, manage and coach employees
  • Have strong administrative skills to use online systems to complete staff rotas. Used for recording and managing team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment. Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous.
  • Possess a high level of inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude

We are holding recruitment open days on Sunday 29th January & 12th February from 12pm – 3pm. Also Sunday 5th February 12pm-3pm and 5pm – 8pm. Come down to see the Park and chat to our friendly staff regarding our current roles.

 

This is a full-time permanent role. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
