We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Yield & Revenue Executive to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and optimising occupancy through strategic pricing, data analysis, and collaboration across departments. The successful candidate will combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the Yield & Revenue Manager in optimising pricing, availability, and promotional strategies across Hoburne Holiday Parks. Use data-driven insights to maximise revenue and occupancy while maintaining pricing accuracy and compliance.

Summary of Main Tasks/Duties:

  • Conduct weekly competitor analysis and monthly market positioning reports -Monitor and adjust tariffs, discounts, and promotions based on demand - Optimise availability through booking matrix and pitch moves & monitor units off sale - Collaborate with Marketing and Ops teams on campaign planning, execution & reports on completion
  • Building strong relationships with park teams to drive add ons/extras and park promotions
  • Lead development of Elite functionality
  • Active involvement in developing an extensive offers toolkit that can be used to drive additional bookings
  • Manage third party commission reporting and payments
  • Support production of KPI reports and general update communications to parks & GSS Skills & Experience

Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; confident with data interpretation

  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience

  • Confident in Elite Parks system preferred

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions within guidelines

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategies

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in live pricing updates

  • Sales & target driven

  • Comfortable to speak with B2C & B2B customers via telephone and email where required

  • Park & customer visits inc. overnight stays may be required

This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours a week. This role is based at our Group Support office in Christchurch.

The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant may be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. This would cover our events we do across the year like the New Forest Show.
