The successful candidate would ideally have worked on a caravan park or within a maintenance role previously, experience with operating various plant machinery is advantageous.

 

Summary of Main Duties:

  • Hot tub maintenance (Training can be given)
  • Dealing with caravan repairs
  • Assisting our Housekeeping Team
  • Ensuring that the grounds are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards.
  • General duties in plumbing and electrics

The Park Warden will also require:

  • A high level of inter-personal skills and good communication
  • Experience in maintenance/grounds tasks
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude
  • Focus on delivering a high standard of work
  • A 'hands on' approach and ‘can do' attitude for day to day issues
  • The ability to adapt quickly to situations as they arise
  • A practical personality with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative.
  • Attention to detail to maintain our high standards
  • A full, clean Driving Licence

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. There is an option for accommodation and you will be required to be on call.
