The Park Warden should possess the following attributes:

 

*        A high level of inter-personal skills

*        The ability to problem-solve

*        Be self-motivated and positive attitude

*        The ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service

*        Hold a full clean driving licence

*        Keep detailed records of works completed

*        Good communication skills

 

Previous experience of work on a caravan park or within a maintenance role would be advantageous although not essential.

 To assist the Management team in completion of the day-to-day tasks involved in keeping the Holiday Park’s appearance up to an exceptionally high standard and to undertake such operational duties as specified by Management including those duties as detailed below specific to your Park.

Maintenance of the following as instructed (depending on Park):

 

  • Playground
  • Swimming Pool
  • Roadways
  • Park drains (including clearing of)
  • Lighting around the Park and outside of the Club building
  • Sewage Pumping and Stations around the Park

 

General maintenance, to include a basic knowledge in:

 

*        Plumbing

*        Heating

*        Electrics

*        Tiling

*        Carpentry

 

This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week, and will require evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work.
