The role entails overseeing the day-to-day aspects of the park, striving for excellence and continual improvement to bolster customer relations and foster the park's growth.

 

Summary of Main Tasks/Duties

 

*  Ensuring Park operations meet top-notch standards by fostering exceptional customer service consistently, positioning the park as a leader in the industry and the preferred service provider

  • Establishing and managing continuous property and grounds maintenance to comply with Health and Safety regulations and other legal requirements.

  • Maintaining the highest standards of administrative efficiency to support client service and overall business effectiveness, which include housekeeping, sublets, compliance, ownership, guests, maintenance and grounds of the park.

  • Recruiting, inspiring, and developing a team of employees to maximise their potential and support park objectives.

  • Effectively communicate the company’s values and goals to the team, to drive motivation and goal achievement.

  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Participating in training sessions and meetings as required by the company.

  • Carrying out all reasonable and legitimate requests from the General Manager or Management team.

 

This role is permanent, working 40 hours a week.

The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant may be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
