Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Carry out daily Park opening procedures, including, cleaning machines and general maintenance.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of Company property which sit within the Park grounds.
  • Be aware of and maintain electric trips, switches and fuses, time clocks, water isolating valves, stop cocks, foul drain manholes, mains gas and isolating valves serving caravans and buildings.
  • Laundry cleaning, carpet cleaning and maintenance including the delivery of linen/equipment to letting accommodation where required.
  • Report any defects or items that are unable to be attended to, to your Manager.
  • Complete job sheets, time , reports and any other administration records correctly to enable invoices to be raised and stock logged and advise your Manager of requirements for consumables.
  • Promote safe working practices in compliance with Company guidelines such as Risk and COSHH Assessments, ensure Fire points are maintained and be qualified in First Aid procedures.
  • Assist the Housekeeper if required as instructed by Management.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Housekeeper/Park Manager or General Manager as requested.

  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude
  • A ‘hands on’ approach and ‘can do’ attitude for day-to-day issues
  • Able to adapt quickly to situations as they arise with a sense of urgency
  • Organised, hardworking and conscientious
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role desired but not essential
  • Full Driving Licence 

This is a full-time role which will involve supporting guests and owners whilst balancing the day-to-day operation of the park, including caravan movement & siting, caravan repairs along with ensuring that the grounds are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards. This role covers 40 hours per week. Applicants may be required to work some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
