To assist all Parks and Golf clubs with chef cover as required. To aid in the development in all company Menu’s in line with customer needs, current trends, ensuring quality and margins are achieved.  Support in ensuring all food produced in the company is to the standards set and deliver feedback when required.

 

Summary of Main Tasks/Duties;

 

*To cover shortages in staffing needs within the groups kitchens as required and scheduled by the Group Executive Chef (this will include traveling, weekends and evenings) for as long as is required.

*To assist the Group Executive Chef & Group Retail Manager in developing a strategy for improvement of the Food & Beverage offering across all the company operations, with specific regard to menu content and presentation, for both high level function catering and convenience catering/coffee shop facilities.

*To assist in maintaining the highest standards of food production on sites.

*To assist with the enhancement of systems and procedures for the benefit of the food and beverage outlets/customers.

*To take an active interest in the broader Hospitality & Leisure Industry and ensure the business is aware of market trends and new ideas.

*To promote and be actively involved in change management in contributing new ideas and perspectives to enhance the business, strategies and operations of the Group’s F&B activity.

*To ensure the highest level of sanitation throughout all food and beverage areas.

*To assist in the development of all new menu dishes including creation of company Spec’s and training of new dishes to the kitchen teams.

*To identify training and development requirements within the groups kitchens and to report back to the Group Executive Chef .
