Successful candidates will:

  • Mowing the greens and fairways, topdressing and treating turf, seeding, renovating and maintaining bunkers, maintaining practice areas, servicing machinery and general maintenance work

  • Assist in the care and maintenance of the Golf course Machinery and Equipment to the Company’s standards.

  • To liaise with the Course Manager in the smooth running of all golf activities and other areas in which the care of the course and the play of golf overlap

  • Opening and closing down procedures of the greenkeepers shed

  • To assist in the control of all goods and containers and that they are maintained to the satisfaction of the Company and any legal requirements

  • Attend all briefings and meetings as required

You will work 40 hours per week between 6am (earliest start) and 2.30pm (latest finish), Monday to Friday with some weekend work based on a rota basis.

Experience would be helpful but full training will be given- being a golfer would be advantageous although not essential.

 

A full driver’s licence is required.

 

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays.
