To oversee the Two Park operations which include Hoburne St.Mabyn (Bodmin) and Hoburne Doublebois (Liskeard). The role will including, maximising sales and controlling resources to make a profitable contribution to the Business by leading, developing and motivating the team to give our owners and holiday makers fabulous experiences and memories to treasure. 

 

Principal accountabilities:

  • Overall accountability for day-to-day Park operations maximising sales and controlling resources to make a profitable contribution to the business.
  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop a dynamic and diverse team to deliver the highest level of customer care and service across the park.
  • Be always fully up to speed with the level of business activity and bookings.
  • Identify and generate additional areas of income within the park. 

Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in a similar role, preferably in the Leisure industry.

 

*             Previous experience in a Senior Management role

*             Experience of the holiday and hospitality industries

*             Excellent management and leadership skills

*             A sound commercial and financial understanding

*             Proven ability to manage large budgets

*             Excellent communication and people management skills

*             A high level of inter–personal and social skills

*             An outgoing and positive attitude

*             Excellent customer care and service skills

 

This is a fulltime position and will include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
