For this role we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Chef from within the leisure and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to assist the team to deliver the highest level of food and service and will be keen to progress their catering career. They will also require the following:

  • Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
  • Previous chef/kitchen experience (essential)
  • A high level of inter-personal skills
  • Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Able to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in catering or above (preferred but not essential)

This is a Full Time, 40 Hours per week position. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
