Hoburne Naish Holiday Park are looking for a chef at CDP level to join our exciting and passionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be part of a dynamic team, who has a passion for cooking with fresh produce and willing to work alongside our sous chef to help develop weekly specials.     

 

Hoburne Naish is a 5* family-owned holiday park located on the edge of the New Forest and home to the stunning Coast House Restaurant. Having recently undergone a million-pound refurbishment the Coast House restaurant has also introduced a brand-new menu showcasing fresh and locally sourced produce. 

 

They will also require the following:

  • Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
  • Previous chef/kitchen experience
  • A high level of inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude
  • The ability to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills

Main Tasks/Duties;

  • To Assist the Sous Chef in the maintenance and development of the Catering Services in accordance with the Company’s standards and requirements in respect of the following main areas:

  • Quality control

  • Food production, service and presentation

  • Cleanliness and hygiene including the compliance with statutory regulations

We are seeking permanent full time chefs, whether this is a chef in training or a Chef De Partie, we would like to hear from you. The role may require overtime which is paid. Re-location accommodation can be considered subject to terms and conditions.

 

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
