Main Duties include:

 

*        Providing support to the Finance team and Park Admin managers

*        Month end accounting responsibilities including preparation of accruals and prepayments

*        Manage and maintain the holiday parks and group fixed asset register

*        Assist with the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process

*        Carry out Balance Sheet checks and ensure that the data is complete, accurate and agrees to the underlying ParcVu and Business Central systems

*        Raising payments, preparing and checking information required for Owners Leaving Park

*        Raising Park Sales invoices

*        Posting owner sublet payments

*        Preparation of bank payments

*        Monitoring and reporting of charity monies raised across the group and making payments 

*        Provide support to the payments team and Banking team Management Accounts team on Holiday Parks

*        Assist with the year end audit

*        Process improvement across daily tasks

*        Assist in testing of system upgrades

 

This is a full-time role, permanent 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is based at our head office in Christchurch, however some travel to our other parks and clubs may be required as part of the role.

Candidates must be educated to at least A level standard or equivalent and studying for an Accountancy qualification.
