Hoburne Devon Bay are looking for an Aftersales Ownership Co-Ordinator to join the Ownership team in Devon Bay.

Be the central point of contact for the Owner, ensuring they feel part of the Hoburne family by delivering a quality, family time experience. To ensure our owners are taken care of the moment the sale has been made and to ensure they have all the information required to support them on their Ownership Journey. This role will cover aftersales for Devon Bay and oversea Doublebois and St.Mabyn.

 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming and meeting all new and existing owners.
  • To keep customers fully and regularly informed of changes to costs and expected completion times/dates.
  • Be the voice of the Owner, bringing to life the ownership experience and improving feedback and satisfaction scores.
  • Being responsible for logging Aftersales and warranty jobs and work with the maintenance team & supporting them with regular updates.
  • Act as a liaison between the park’s owners and parks departments, managing the park news, ensuring communication and compliance of park rules and events are adhered to.
  • Identify Part exchange opportunities within the Owner base.
  • Create an Owner centric culture delivering high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure weekly/monthly KPIs are achieved against Company budget.
