The role of the Administration Team is to provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and administration function to process all enquiries, weekly payroll and caravan sales as required.  Also to oversee Housekeeping, checking the lodges after cleans to ensure a high standard. Assisting in Housekeeping duties and supporting the housekeeping were required and helping to clean the lodges when needed.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Reception/office/administrative duties as directed including enquiries in person/by phone/e-mail, typing, filing, post, lost property, stationery control and ordering
  • To manage all bookings, sales, local/temporary membership and function enquiries by telephone, email, letter or in person and administration
  • Preparation of arrival packs and check-in / check-out of holidaymakers and key release for client properties
  • Owner's membership, issue and maintenance of database and cards
  • To liaise with General Manager regarding Function

This is a permanent contract, working Monday and Friday 9-5pm in our Housekeeping Department and alternate Wednesdays and Saturday’s 9-5pm in our Reception Department
