The successful candidate would ideally have worked on a caravan park or within a maintenance role previously. This role will require a practical person with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative. They will display competency over a wide range of disciplines whilst demonstrating a flexible attitude and 'hands on' approach. Covering one callout per week unless otherwise agreed.
The Park Warden will also require:
- A high level of inter-personal skills
- The ability to problem-solve
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude
- The ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
- The ability to keep detailed records of works completed
- Good communication skills
- A basic knowledge in general maintenance: Plumbing, Heating, electrics, carpentry, tiling, and assisting in other areas where needed.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, and will require evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work.
