The role of the Arcade Merchandise Team Leader is to maintain sales and stock to optimise operating profits and to keep arcade machines, where possible, in full working order during opening hours.

 

Candidates should posses the following attributes:

  • Ability to manage all day-to-day arcade operations
  • Ability to supervise, manage and coach employees
  • Strong administrative skills to use online systems for recording and managing team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment. Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous
  • Experience at running numerous events and functions
  • Proficiency in monitoring and controlling stock working
  • High level of inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude

 

Salary - £10.00 per hour.  This is a fixed-term, 0-hours role
